Perth Uk cross challenge 1st – 14th January 2023

Saturday 14th January was the British cross challenge in Perth. I had a good run and managed to win by nearly 20 seconds.

I kicked up the first hill after a fast start and got a small gap which I extended throughout the race.

Overall I was pleased and happy to get £70 vouchers for start fitness.
